Search Google Maps for roofing contractors in Dallas. Stay on the results list first: skip any business that has no website listed. For the others, in order, get the name, star rating, number of reviews, phone number and website. Then open the website and look for an email on the homepage, and if needed the Contact page only. Only keep businesses where you find an email on their own website. Stop when you have 6 businesses, or after checking 12 websites. Mark it a hot lead if it has fewer than 300 reviews. Return only the table, hot leads first, with no extra notes.
Open Google Maps and search “auto body shops in Phoenix, AZ”. Skip car dealerships. Take the first 8 listings that show a website and visit each one. For each, record: business name, website, whether the address starts with https (Yes or No), the copyright year in the footer at the bottom of the homepage (write the year exactly, or “None shown”), and whether the homepage has an online quote or booking button (Yes or No). Mark it a lead if the site is not https, the copyright year is 2022 or older, or there is no online quote button. Return only the table, leads first, with no extra notes.
Open Google Maps and search “brunch restaurants in Nashville, TN”. Stay on Google Maps: read only the results list, do not open any listing, and do not visit any other website. For the first 8 results, copy the restaurant name and which of these buttons are shown on its card: “Order online”, “Reserve a table”, “Join waiting list”. Then add a “Lead” column: write “Yes” if the restaurant has no “Order online” button or no “Reserve a table” button, otherwise “No”. Return one table, with the “Yes” leads first, titled “Restaurants losing bookings and orders”.
Open https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=AI+tools+for+small+business&sp=EgIQAQ%253D%253D&hl=en&gl=US and stay on this results page: do not open any video, do not sign in, and do not visit any other website. Skip Shorts, ads and “People also watched” sections. For the top 8 videos, copy exactly as shown: the title, the channel name, the views, how long ago it was uploaded, and the video length. Return them in a table. Then look only at those 8 titles: write one line listing the topics they already cover. Finally, suggest 3 new video ideas on “AI tools for small business” whose main topic does not appear in any of the 8 titles. For each idea give a catchy title and one line on which gap it fills. Do not make up any views, dates or channel names.
Search Google for: site:instagram.com Dallas bakery
From the results, copy the Instagram usernames of the first 5 local bakery businesses (skip personal accounts, big chains and posts). Do not open them yet.
Then go to instagram.com using my saved login, and open each profile directly by going to instagram.com/USERNAME. If a profile page loads blank, wait 5 seconds and reload it once.
For each one, record: username, business name (replace any “|” with “-”), number of followers, the category shown on the profile, and the link in the bio (or “None”). Mark it a hot lead if there is no link in the bio, or if it has fewer than 2,000 followers.
Do not follow, like, comment on or message anyone. Only read. Return only the table, hot leads first, with no extra notes.
